New Light. New Life.

Wandsworth, SW18

The Strategic Intent

This was never just about adding space.

The brief was to create something elegant and enduring. A kitchen that could host, connect and inspire.

What began as a dark, disconnected rear room became a pavilion of light, steel, and natural textures.

Every inch was designed to feel bespoke and quietly bold.

Finished result.

The space now supports daily life with ease and elegance.

Natural light floods the interiors through a fully glazed ceiling.

The garden connects through sliding doors and a courtyard stair.

Soft-grain timber. Travertine floors. Minimal detailing.

It’s a kitchen for hosting, cooking and slowing down.

Quiet confidence in every surface.

The Plan

Elemented, planning a structural glazing extension in Wandsworth

We coordinated piling work around basement foundations and designed structural glazing that felt seamless.

The layout was opened up to improve flow and create a natural link between indoors and outdoors.

Every decision served the light, the function, and the rhythm of the home.

The Create

Elemented, design for a frameless glass roof extension in London

Natural materials brought warmth and character.

Soft-grained ash. Grey-stained oak. Blackened steel. Travertine stone.

A frameless glass roof brings the sky indoors, while walkable glass lets sunlight reach the basement.

Concealed lighting and crisp detailing keep the space calm and tactile.

Each surface was chosen to last. Each feature has a role.

The Deliver

Elemented, kitchen extension and steel staircase build in Wandsworth

This was a full Elemented build.

With no rear access, every item was hand-carried more than 100 metres.

Oversized glass panels. Bespoke steel frame. Custom staircase.

All fabricated, installed and finished on site by our team.

Once the final roof panel was in, the change was immediate.

Light took over the space. The atmosphere shifted.

What started as a logistical challenge became one of our most refined deliveries.

Client experience.

“The team was excellent at a tricky contemporary extension on a very constrained site. What stood out was the calm confidence they brought. No dramas, just high-level execution. The finish is exceptional. We now live in a space that feels considered in every way. It lifts your mood just being in it.”
