We create and design homes around real life.
The Plan stage gave us clarity. Now we transform that clarity into architectural design, interiors and beautifully resolved spaces, from the first concept design through to detailed drawings.
This isn't about adding more. It's about refining what matters.
Light. Flow. Proportion. Materials. Storage.
Every decision is considered through the lens of how you want to live.

What’s included.
Hospitality Thinking in design.
Design should never begin with aesthetics. It should begin with experience.
How does natural light move through the home? Where do conversations naturally happen? How do family members move through the space? Where can everyday routines become simpler?
These questions guide every decision we make.
Because exceptional homes aren't remembered for individual features.
They're remembered for how they make people feel.
No distractions.
No overdesign.
Just spaces that move well,
feel calm and hold their own.
Why we refine before we build.
Construction is expensive. Changes during construction are even more expensive.
That's why we invest time resolving every important decision before work begins.
When architecture, interior design and the technical drawings are fully aligned, construction becomes smoother, faster and more predictable.
The result isn't simply a better build. It's a better experience.
Who we work with.
We work with people who care how their home
functions as much as how it looks.
Whether you are hands-on or hands-off,
this is the space where decisions matter.

Start with clarity.

What is the difference between an architect and an architectural designer?
An architect holds a protected, registered qualification. An architectural designer designs homes and spaces without necessarily holding that title.
What matters most is design quality and how well it is coordinated with the build.
Elemented holds architectural and interior design in one team, so the design is always made to be built.
Do you provide interior design as well as architecture?
Yes. Architecture and interior design are developed together at the Create stage, not handed between separate firms, so structure and the way a space is lived in are resolved as one.
What is concept design?
The first design stage, where the findings from planning become spatial, layout, light, flow and form, before the detail is resolved. It is where the character of the home is set.
What are technical drawings and why do they matter?
They translate the design into precise information a builder can construct from, dimensions, materials, junctions and specifications.
Resolving them before site keeps a build on budget and on programme.
How involved will I be in the design process?
As involved as you want to be.
Every important decision is made with you, and because they are resolved before construction, you choose with clarity rather than under pressure on site.
