The Elemented way.
A better way to design and build.
Most residential projects are fragmented.
This is the traditional route, where a separate architect and builder work under different contracts.
Architects design. Interior designers refine. Builders construct.
The homeowner is left trying to connect everything together.
Elemented is different. Our design and build process brings every discipline together from the beginning, creating one continuous journey where every decision supports the next.
It means fewer surprises. Better communication. Greater confidence. And homes that feel as considered as they look.
Hospitality is built around people.
So are we.
Before we think about layouts, finishes or planning applications, we think about how you want to live.
How you arrive home. How your family spends time together.
How you entertain. How you work. How you unwind.
Because when you design around life first, the architecture naturally follows.
How it works.
Our approach removes friction
and delivers clarity.
You will always know;
What you will experience.
Our approach removes friction
and delivers clarity.

Who is it for.
We work with homeowners who believe their home should do more than look beautiful.
They want spaces that support family life, simplify everyday routines and stand the test of time.
Whether it's a complete renovation, an extension or a new home, they value thoughtful design, clear communication and exceptional delivery.
If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
Why our approach works.
One studio.
Architecture. Interior design. Construction. Delivered as one connected service.
Keeping these disciplines together creates better communication, stronger collaboration and a smoother experience throughout your project.
One vision. One team. One journey.
Every successful project starts with a conversation.
Let's create a home designed around the way you live.
Our journal.
What are the stages of the design and build process?
Three, in order: Plan, Create and Deliver. Plan settles feasibility, the planning route and the budget before design begins, Create develops the concept and then the technical detail, and Deliver is the construction, handover and aftercare.
What are the RIBA work stages?
The RIBA Plan of Work sets out the recognised architect project stages, from brief and feasibility, through concept and technical design, to construction and handover.
Elemented’s three phases, Plan, Create and Deliver, follow those same stages, run by one team rather than handed between separate firms.
How long does a design and build project take?
It depends on scope, permissions and the condition of the home, but because one team runs both design and delivery, the stages connect without hand-offs between separate firms, which removes a common source of delay.
Do I get one team throughout the whole project?
Yes. One team stays with you from the first conversation to the final handover, so there are no hand-offs, no conflicting priorities and a single point of accountability for every decision.
