Both, depending on the postcode. SW4, covering Clapham Old Town, Clapham Common and Abbeville, sits in Lambeth. SW11, towards Clapham Junction, sits in Wandsworth. It matters because the application goes to a different authority, with different officers and different precedent, for two houses a few streets apart on much the same terrace.
Do I need planning permission for an extension in Clapham?
